- How long does an order take?
- Production time is stated per format and counted in business days from proof approval — not from when the order was placed. Transit is separate and shown at checkout. A proof left unapproved for a week delays the job by a week.
- Can I skip the proof?
- No. Every job is proofed after preflight and nothing reaches a press without written approval. It is the one control that catches a wrong file before it becomes two thousand wrong cards.
- Can I return custom print?
- Not once it is printed — it has no resale value to anyone else. If the job does not match the approved proof, that is the desk's error and it is reprinted. That is why the proof is binding and why we ask you to look at it properly.
- Why is there a $75 minimum?
- Freight is near-fixed per parcel, so around seventeen dollars of shipping lands on a twenty-five unit order exactly as hard as on a five-hundred unit one. Below roughly $75 the shipping eats the job.
- Why can't I order exactly 800?
- Prices are published at quantity breaks that come from a real vendor ladder, and those ladders are not smooth — some larger quantities genuinely cost more per unit than smaller ones. Asking for 800 buys the break below it, at that break's price, rather than a price that does not exist.
- My file failed preflight. What now?
- The report says what it found in terms of the printed sheet — low resolution at final size, artwork not reaching the bleed, text inside the trim. Fix and resubmit, or send it as it is and the desk will tell you what to change.
- How do I get a sample pack?
- Email the desk with a delivery address. Packs are free, one per address, and ship flat inside three business days.
Production and transit are quoted separately because they fail separately. A rush job on ground shipping is not fast; a standard job on overnight is not either. Both figures are shown at checkout, and the estimated delivery date is the sum of them, counted in business days.
